Do you bring my car home too?
Yes. That is exactly what Euro BOB stands for: your BOB drives you home in your own car.
What happens after I send my ride?
Your message is ready in WhatsApp or in your mail app; you send it there yourself. We check the route and confirm your ride personally — within opening hours, and otherwise as soon as the line is open again. Your BOB is only fixed once you have that confirmation.
How quickly can a BOB be there?
Often within the hour. For rides further away or just across the border in Belgium and Germany the pickup time can be longer. For busy evenings and holidays we recommend booking ahead.
Do you also drive in Belgium and Germany?
In principle we also drive just across the border in Belgium and Germany. The further away, the more pickup time we need. Planning always confirms the final feasibility.
What does it cost?
From €82 incl. VAT. The standard rate includes a €37 base fare, €5 per kilometre with a minimum of 9 km, €9 per stop and €12 per 5 minutes of waiting time after 10 minutes included.
What is after-hour service?
For BOB rides after regular closing time, after-hour service applies from 1 hour after closing: €15 incl. VAT per quarter hour.
Can I still cancel my ride?
Within the primary service area you can cancel free of charge up to one hour before the start. If you cancel later, at least 50% of the fare may apply, with a minimum of €82 incl. VAT.
How can I pay?
Afterwards and however suits you: cash, debit card, credit card, invoice or a prepaid bundle.

Certainly. During the day a minimum charge of €82 incl. VAT applies.
